CompliScore Rewards Program - Terms and Conditions
Introduction: Welcome to the CompliScore Rewards Program, a token of our appreciation to our loyal customers at Dunel and Ormity. These terms and conditions outline the guidelines for earning and redeeming points through the CompliScore Rewards Program. By participating, you agree to adhere to these terms for a seamless and rewarding experience.
1. Points Accumulation:
1.1. For every purchase exceeding 500 euros on Dunel.com, 500 points will be added to your CompliScore account.
1.2. Similarly, purchases over 700 CAD on Ormity.com will earn you 500 points.
1.3. Subscriptions on the respective sites will also generate 500 points.
1.4. Compliance consultation services may yield up to 1000 points per engagement.
2. Points Redemption:
2.1. Every 500 points earned entitle you to a 5% discount on your purchase.
2.2. Points can be redeemed through discount coupons.
2.3. Each coupon can be applied to a single purchase.
3. Points Scaling for Higher Purchases:
3.1. Purchases from 1000 to 5000 euros (or equivalent in CAD) count as one purchase for calculating points.
3.2. For purchases from 5000 to 100000 euros (or equivalent in CAD), three purchases will be counted for points calculation.
3.3. Points scaling continues progressively for higher purchase brackets, ensuring fair rewards without exceeding a 25% discount annually.
4. Points Validity and Devaluation:
4.1. Points not utilized within one year will be subject to a 50% devaluation.
4.2. Devaluation aims to encourage timely point redemption and ensure ongoing engagement.
5. Coupon Usage:
5.1. Usage of one coupon per purchase is allowed.
5.2. Coupons cannot be combined or used in conjunction with other promotions.
6. General Terms:
6.1. The CompliScore Rewards Program is subject to change or termination at the discretion of Dunel and Ormity.
6.2. Customers will be notified of any significant changes to the program.
6.3. Abuse or fraudulent activities related to the program may result in points revocation or account suspension.
